Sausages and Cider

Edward has busily been making sausages that are for sale here at the restaurant. We currently have 2 varieties: mild mexican, and Portuguese chorizo, with a 3rd flavour making an appearance soon!

We had a bumper crop of apples this year (I think a lot of folks did!) and have delicious fresh pressed apple cider for sale too! 4 litres of sweet apple-y goodness!

Hey there! Thanks for checking out the blog! I just wanted to update that the 5 for $50 dinner option is currently not available……..hopefully Edward will want to bring that back again but untill further notice we are not offering this experience.

Colour Your Palate –

We will be closed on Tuesday April 26th so Edward can compete in the Colour Your Palate competition. This competition will help to raise funds for artsREACH which encourages kids to develop life skills through the arts. Each Chef is given a colour that his/her dish must represent. Edward got Yellow!

The En Route Magazine 10 Best New Restaurants in Canada issue was released on October 28th. We are super happy to have been chosen 8th place! A big thank you goes out to our amazing staff for helping us make this prestigious list! And of course an even bigger thank you to everyone who comes to eat at our “fine diner” over and over! Please note our street address is 6686 Sooke Road in the town of Sooke. Apparently there is an incorrect address and google map posted somewhere which will send you to East Sooke. Please don’t go there. It is a lovely place but that’s not where we are and you will end up on a long drive. The google map posted on our home page is correct and will bring you safely into Sooke.
